Catharose Acquisitions Group Limited (CAGL), is first and foremost a hands-on operations group, not detached Management Buy-in. We purchase companies with the specific intention of:

• creating a group of companies of similar activities
• operating them, continuing where the exiting owner(s) left them – improving where we can.

CAGL, financially backed by OPC Capital Partners, is a Growth-By-Acquisition-Strategy Holding Company. We operate exclusively in the manufacturing sector.

Post Sale

Not only does the company retain its existing sales markets and autonomy/identity, to maintain the legacy proudly created by its founder and/or previous owners but we assist it to expand rapidly, working towards the vison of the founder, our reason for acquiring the company, and foster, wherever possible, cross trading within the group.
